SAP S/4HANA Time Rules Setup - 21/10/2025 04:59 EDT
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I need a hand configuring core time-management elements in our SAP S/4HANA system. The focus is on:
• Building work schedules that match our shifts
• Setting up overtime rules that calculate extra hours correctly
• Introducing flexi-time rules so employees can bank time within agreed limits
. Testing using fiori apps
Some of these objects already exist, others must be created from scratch, so the job will involve both tweaking current settings and adding new ones. The system runs standalone for now—no payroll or other module integration is required.
What I expect: help me with basic configuration carried out in the system, and short how-to notes so the team understands how to maintain the settings later. Transport requests or configuration screenshots are fine for documentation.
unfortunately i cannot provide remote access to our sandbox and any existing configuration tables you need but can do it via mobile phone video call. A consultant who knows the Time Management portion of S/4HANA (PT01, PT02, PT60, etc.) should find everything familiar and straightforward.
Turnaround is flexible but I’d like to see an initial draft schedule and rule set within a few days so we can test and review.
