Reputation & Career Damage Analysis
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I require an experienced professional to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the damages to my reputation and career in the legal field, as a result of defamatory conduct (slander, libel). US residency not required but must be US trained/educated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the impact of the defamation on my reputation, career prospects, standing, etc.
- Quantifying the potential financial loss this may cause.
- Identifying the necessary steps to mitigate the damage to my reputation and career.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in reputation management, particularly in the legal industry
- Strong economic or forensic accounting background to accurately quantify potential financial losses
- Previous projects demonstrating successful damage mitigation
You will need to produce a 1-5 page document that explains and justifies intangible damages (ie those associated with reputation, standing, career, etc). You will also need to provide an estimation of future earnings and demonstrate the impact of the wrongful conduct on those earnings. Experience with forensic accounting and or former experience as an expert witness strongly preferred. The document will include a brief description of the credentials and expertise that qualifies you as an expert in your field.
