React Admin Panel with Live Data

I need a focused React single-page dashboard that streams real-time data to the user without page refreshes. The core of the job is wiring up the components, state management, and a live-update channel (WebSocket, Firebase, or any modern alternative you prefer) so that every table, metric, or status card refreshes instantly as new information arrives.

The UI can stay simple for now—clean cards and a responsive layout are enough as long as the code is well-structured and easy to extend later. I do not yet require full user authentication or extensive charting; the priority is getting the reactive data layer right and demonstrating it with a few sample widgets (for example, a log stream and a KPI counter).

Deliverables
• A React SPA created with Vite or Create React App, ready to run with npm install && npm start
• At least two dashboard widgets that pull from a mocked or live feed and update in real time
• Clear instructions in a README on how to switch the feed to production endpoints
• Source pushed to a private Git repo so I can review commits
