Property Management SOP Creation

I need a set of clear, professional Standard Operating Procedures that my team can follow across four core areas of property management:
• Tenant management – the document must walk through lease agreements, day-to-day tenant communication, and rent collection step by step.
• Escalations – outline an iron-clad pathway for maintenance-related issues so everyone knows who acts, how fast, and what to record.
• Inspections – establish routines for pre-move-in, periodic, and move-out checks, including photo logs and compliance notes.
• Handover – specify the sequence for turning units over to new tenants or owners, tying in the FM escalation process when needed.
For each SOP I expect: concise flow charts or checklists, defined roles and SLAs, and any templates or forms referenced in the process (e.g., lease addenda, inspection sheets, escalation log). Word or Google Docs are fine for the text; visuals can be in Visio, Lucidchart, or a similar tool.
Deliverables are considered complete once the steps are unambiguous enough for a new hire to follow without supervision.
