Prop 65 Compliance Documentation Help

Job ID: 39929051

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I’m looking for an experienced California regulatory specialist to take my industrial chemical products company from draft copy to fully compliant documentation under California’s ingredient-disclosure rules and Proposition 65. Your main focus will be to prepare and fine-tune two key items that regulators will scrutinize:

• Ingredient lists – verified against the OEHHA database, showing chemicals at or above reporting thresholds and flagging any that trigger Prop 65 safe-harbor warnings.
• Warning labels – clear, on-package wording that meets font, placement, and symbol requirements, plus guidance on alternative short-form language when space is tight.

I’ll provide existing formulas, SDS sheets, and preliminary artwork. You’ll review them, identify any disclosure gaps, draft the required wording, and hand back press-ready files along with a brief compliance memo explaining the rationale behind every call-out or exemption you applied.

Ideally, you already navigate Prop 65 updates, understand consumer-product safety labeling, and can point to past projects in the chemical cleaning industry. Precision and up-to-date references matter more than speed, but I’d like to move quickly once we kick off.

If this preparation and review scope fits your expertise, let’s connect and get these labels market-ready.
