Product Documentation Adaptation and Translation

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to recreate and adapt an existing product documentation from our whitelabel partner into our own SaaS brand.
You will receive:
Access to the whitelabel documentation
Access to our platform (to create branded screenshots)
Clear branding guidelines
Your task is to copy the documentation 1:1, replace all references to the whitelabel brand with our brand, and translate everything into German (you may use ChatGPT or other AI tools for translation).
No videos need to be recreated—text + images only.
Scope of Work
1. Documentation Conversion & Branding
Go through the entire English documentation of our whitelabel provider.
Rewrite it into our branded documentation.
Replace all mentions of the whitelabel brand, product names, or URLs with ours.
Maintain the structure, formatting, and clarity of the original documentation.
2. Translation (EN → DE)
Translate the full documentation into clear, natural German.
You may use AI tools like ChatGPT to assist — but manual review is required.
3. Screenshot Creation
Log into your provided account.
Recreate relevant screenshots identical to the ones in the original doc.
Ensure screenshots use our UI, colors, and branding.
Deliverables
Full German documentation in Gitbook
Proper structure and hierarchy identical to the original doc.
Clean and consistent formatting.
