Process Documentation

Our company has created a flowchart for our processes in each department. We are seeking an individual to assist in the actual documentation of the steps in these processes. Follow along with our process owner as they take you through their daily procedure, turn that information into detailed documentation that can be easily understood by new employees and that will provide transparency across our organization. Individual must be comfortable working with new people, as a team and willing to ask questions. Our team is following scrum values to achieve our goal of documenting all of our company processes.

Ideally, the documentation should provide details on the onboarding process including steps, timelines, etc. The freelancer must provide a comprehensive overview of the onboarding process and the results should be presented in a high quality document that is easily accessible and understandable.
