PTC Creo Sheet-Metal Assembly Modeling

Job ID: 40307611

Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD

I have a multi-module mechanical system—about 70 000 sheet-metal parts across several very large assemblies—ready to be taken from concept references to full production documentation in PTC Creo. Every component must be built as a clean, fully-parametric model, then detailed in Creo drawings, with flat-pattern DXF files exported for laser or turret processing.

Alongside the manufacture drawings, I need clear, detailed assembly instructions. For each top-level and sub-assembly you will generate exploded views and publish them as PDF documents so the shop floor can follow the build sequence without ambiguity.

Because of the project’s scale, consistent file naming, layer management and careful handling of large-assembly performance are essential. I will provide the BOM, design standards and existing sketches; you will return:

• Native Creo 3D models and assemblies
• Associated Creo drawings (properly toleranced and ballooned)
• Flat-pattern DXF files for every sheet-metal part
• PDF packs of the exploded-view assembly instructions

We can break delivery into milestones by module to keep the workload manageable and review quality as we go. If you are comfortable driving Creo with large datasets and producing shop-ready documentation, let’s discuss the first module and timeline.
