Obsidian organisation filing project - Similar to zettelkasten

Need help to organise an extremely large backlog of links, bookmarks, todos, ideas, notes, etc.
There are thousands of items, across many documents, spreadsheets, and other types of files
These need to be organised into an obsidian vault, according to my current system of filing
You will need to learn the meaning of certain specific terms, people's names, patterns, etc. that I use (by communicating with me) and then extrapolate this information to apply to other areas
You cannot use AI for any part of this project
This is a very large project - and the scope will need to be negotiated and communicated clearly. It is complicated, very detailed, and needs to be completed with a high degree of accuracy

Please do not submit an automated bid - I am looking for someone with an extremely good attention to detail, with experience completing a similar or related organisation project. In your bid, please tell me about any relevant experience you have, and why you would be the best possible person for this project. Tell me what information you need from me, and how we'd go about sharing the information needed. Please tell me whether you would complete this process manually or would you try to automate aspects of it.

If you can give a specific example of a prior experience (paid or unpaid, it doesn't matter) where you have organised something extremely complicated with a very high degree of accuracy, this would be highly regarded.
