Nutraceutical Product Documents Preparation

Hi,

We are looking for a professional (preferably with experience in food supplements / nutraceuticals) to help us prepare:

* Certificate of Analysis (COA)
* Stability / Shelf-life reports

for approx. 9 products (vitamins / food supplements).

Important context:

* Products are already manufactured and have been sold in the EU for several years
* We already have:
* Product Data Sheets
* Ingredient compositions
* Manufacturing details
* In the EU, these documents are not required in the same format, so they have not been formally compiled before

Goal:
We need professionally structured and credible COA + Stability documents for regulatory/commercial use in the Middle East.

Scope:

* Create clean, professional, lab-style COA templates for each product
* Create Stability / Shelf-life documentation (e.g. 3, 6, 12, 24 months format)
* Ensure documents look compliant and consistent with industry standards

Important:
We need someone who can:

* Use our existing product data
* Structure and format it into proper documentation
* Advise what standard parameters should be included
