I need a clear, beginner-friendly guide that explains how my mobile application works and how to use it day-to-day. The focus is on the user authentication flow, which currently relies on a standard email-and-password login.

Scope
• Map out the full sign-up and sign-in journey, highlighting required fields, password rules, and common error messages.
• Provide concise, step-by-step instructions—written and visual—for new users to create an account and return later to log in.
• Explain any edge cases (forgot-password, account lockout, etc.) so support staff can reference the material.

Deliverables
1. A well-structured PDF or Word document formatted for both end users and internal support.
2. Screenshots or simple annotated mock-ups that illustrate each step inside the mobile app.
3. A quick-reference checklist summarizing the key actions and troubleshooting tips.
