Manual QA & Docs Support
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a detail-oriented manual tester who can move comfortably between our Android app, the companion web portal, and the underlying REST APIs. Your day-to-day work will involve walking through new and existing features, recording reproducible defects in our tracker, and updating a living set of test cases so future sprints run smoothly.
Beyond pure testing, I also rely on you to keep our written assets in sync with every release. That means transforming technical know-how into clear end-user instructions, concise customer-facing guides, and internal references that help onboarding engineers hit the ground running. When questions surface from customers you will jump on a quick call or message thread, gather clarifications, and feed that insight back into both the product and its docs.
Deliverables I expect on each cycle:
• Updated test case suite with pass/fail results
• Well-structured bug reports, complete with steps to reproduce, logs, and screenshots or video where helpful
• Revised or newly drafted documents: user guide sections, API reference snippets, or requirement notes validated with the client
If you bring solid manual QA experience on Android, modern web stacks, and API tools like Postman—or any equivalent—and you genuinely enjoy writing documentation that people can actually follow, I’d love to start with a trial sprint and grow this into a steady collaboration.
