Loan contact

This contract is between an investor and brokerage company (forex trading or crypto trading)
What should be in the the contract :
If a client takes a loan for the sole purpose of investing, the trading company (brokerage) will guarantee the loan, in case he loses any money the company will reimburse the client of the % he lost, we guarantee lets say 15% minimum monthly, leading up to a 100% profit in 7 months so a full backback of the loan in 7 months total
