Legionnaire Game design document drawing and writing

Hello I would like someone to help me with a PC/console video game called legionnaires it is a post-Ukrainian Russian war era setting with an oil shortage and it is about two factions fighting another two factions in a survival style war in order to end the resource shortage crisis I will send details as soon as I can. so I would like someone to do both drawing and writing.
