Lark Workspace Setup for Music Label
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced Lark specialist to take a brand-new workspace from blank slate to production-ready for a fast-growing independent music label. Around 20–30 people will be joining at launch (scaling toward the 50-user tier), so the environment has to be clean, intuitive, and ready to expand without headaches later.
Scope of work
• Configure all core modules we’ll rely on day-to-day—Chat, Docs, Drive, Calendar, and the Project management suite—so that team communication, file management, and project tracking live in one place.
• Build a logical structure of groups, folders, and permissions that fits a music label’s flow: A&R, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, plus cross-team spaces for releases and campaigns.
• Set sensible default settings for notifications, access rights, and data retention to keep everything secure yet friction-free.
• Map out approval workflows (e.g., release artwork, budget sign-offs) using Lark’s built-in process tools.
• Provide a brief hand-off guide or screenshare walkthrough so my staff can hit the ground running.
Nice-to-haves
If you’ve connected Lark to creative or analytics platforms before, let me know—we’ll likely bolt on a few integrations once the basics are live, and your advice here would be valuable.
Deliverable
A fully configured Lark workspace tested with two dummy users, plus documentation of the key admin settings and folder/chat structure. Once I can invite the whole team and everything just works, we’re done.
Timeline is flexible but I’m aiming to switch the label over within the next few weeks. Let me know your experience with Lark (or similar suites) and how quickly you can turn this around.
