Implement BeyondTrust Remote Support
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have licensing for BeyondTrust (Bomgar) and now need a specialist to configure and deploy it so my team can provide secure remote assistance. The scope is limited to Windows and Linux endpoints; no macOS hosts are in play.
Core capabilities must work flawlessly: remote control sessions, file transfer between technician and host, and real-time chat with the end user. I am not looking for any ticketing or CRM integrations at this stage, so the configuration can stay self-contained.
Please plan to:
• Install or verify the BeyondTrust appliance / cloud instance
• Configure Jump Clients and session policies for Windows and Linux
• Enable and test file transfer, clipboard sync, and chat features
• Set up user roles, authentication, and logging to meet standard security practices
• Provide concise documentation and a brief hand-off walkthrough
Success is a stable deployment that lets my support staff connect to internal and external machines, perform the three functions above without errors, and log all activity for audit purposes.
