ISO Systems Implementation Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
My consultancy is finalising a portfolio of management-system projects that cover ISO 9001-based Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, and the automotive-sector framework (IATF-style). Contracts are already in place with clients across manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, food, transport, commodities, education, energy, construction, machinery and farm operations; what I now need is dependable subcontract support to carry the work through to certification and beyond.
Workstreams in play:
• Documentation – rewrite or create manuals, procedures, SOPs and records so they align with each client’s context and the relevant ISO clause structure.
• Implementation guidance – coach client teams, close gaps, and embed the processes until they are audit-ready.
• Internal audits – plan, perform and report full system audits, then track corrective actions.
• Certification assistance – liaise with external auditors, respond to non-conformities, and ensure the certificate is issued on schedule.
• Ongoing maintenance & continual-improvement facilitation for retained clients.
Most clients prefer a mix of remote collaboration (SharePoint, Teams, Google Workspace) and short on-site visits, so tell me upfront which regions you can travel to and which standards you feel strongest with. Fluency in ISO terminology, risk-based thinking, PDCA, core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA) and process-mapping software will be valued.
Deliverables will be agreed per assignment but typically include:
1. Completed document set in native and PDF formats.
2. Audit plan, checklists, reports and corrective-action log.
3. Implementation tracker showing compliance status against each clause.
4. Final hand-over brief confirming readiness for external audit or certificate maintenance.
