ISO 45001 QMS Documentation Update
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I’m working toward ISO 45001 certification and need a specialist who can take my current occupational health & safety documentation and bring it fully in line with the standard. The core of the assignment is to review, refine, and where necessary rewrite our existing policies and procedures, as well as the associated risk-assessment forms, so they clearly demonstrate conformity with every relevant clause of ISO 45001:2018.
All material already exists in Word and Excel; most of it was built around older internal guidelines, so you’ll be improving structure, tightening language, mapping each section to the standard’s requirements, and filling any gaps you identify. Along the way, I’ll rely on your expertise to recommend best-practice formatting, terminology, and control of documented information.
Deliverables
• Updated, clause-mapped Policies & Procedures manual (editable Word)
• Revamped Risk Assessment form templates with guidance notes (Excel or Word)
• A brief change log summarising what was added, removed, or relocated
Acceptance criteria
• Every document references the correct ISO 45001 clauses
• Language is clear, actionable, and free of jargon or ambiguity
• Version control and document approval sections follow ISO requirements
• All files are returned in editable format and ready for internal audit
I can supply the current documents immediately and will be available to answer questions throughout the project. If you’ve successfully prepared organisations for ISO 45001 before and can turn technical content into user-friendly, audit-ready material, I’d love to hear how you’ll approach this update and your estimated timeline.
