ISO 9001 QMS Documentation Overhaul

Our quality management system is already in place, yet the core documents no longer reflect the latest ISO 9001:2015 requirements. I need a specialist who can examine what we have, identify every gap, and rewrite the full set of controlled documents so we can walk confidently into our next certification audit.
Scope of work
You will review the current versions of our Quality Manual, Procedures, and Work Instructions, revise or replace them where needed, and make sure each document:
• aligns 100 % with ISO 9001:2015 clauses, terminology, and risk-based thinking
• is cross-referenced for easy traceability and document control
• is written in clear, concise language that our operators and managers can follow
Expected deliverables
• Updated, audit-ready Quality Manual (Word format)
• Complete set of ISO 9001-compliant Procedures, including revision history logs
• Matching Work Instructions with any necessary forms or checklists
• A brief change-log summary so we can see exactly what has been updated
Acceptance criteria
Documents must pass an internal mock audit and be ready for submission to our external certification body without further editing.
