ISO 9001/14001 Documentation Setup

I’m gearing up for first-time certification to both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, but at the moment we have no formal quality or environmental management systems in place. My immediate priority is the documentation and paperwork needed to satisfy each clause of the two standards so we can move straight to an accredited audit with confidence.
What I expect from you is a complete, ready-for-use document package—manuals, policies, procedures, forms and the supporting document-control structure—built from scratch and tailored to our small manufacturing operation. Everything must align with the latest versions of the standards and be cross-referenced so a single integrated management system is easy for us to maintain.

• Policy statements for quality and environment
• Process maps and documented procedures for every required clause
• Templates and registers (risk, aspect-impact, corrective action, training, supplier evaluation, etc.)
• Document control matrix and version-tracking log
• Quick-start guidance on using IAF CertSearch to choose an accredited certification body
Acceptance
All documents must be editable (Word / Excel), reference the correct clause numbers, and pass a desk review against the ISO checklists.
