Engagement: Contract basis – servicing a SaaS client in Sydney
About the Project
A Sydney-based SaaS company, already ISO 27001 compliant, is seeking to achieve ISO 42001 certification by implementing a comprehensive AI Management System (AIMS). We are looking for an experienced ISO 42001 / AI governance consultant to design and deliver this project from gap analysis through to certification readiness.
Scope of Work
Conduct gap analysis against ISO 42001 requirements.
Design and implement a tailored AI Management System (AIMS) aligned with existing ISO 27001 controls.
Develop governance frameworks, risk registers, policies, and documentation.
Provide training & workshops for internal champions.
Build a regulatory roadmap covering EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and Australian AI ethics guidance.
Support the client through audit readiness and certification preparation.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience with ISO 42001 / AI governance or ISO 27001 integration.
Strong knowledge of AI risk, ethics, transparency, and compliance frameworks.
Background working with SaaS or technology-driven companies.
Ability to produce audit-ready documentation and deliver training workshops.
Must be based in Australia or able to support an Australian SaaS client effectively.
