ISO 9001:2015 Certification Support
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I represent Vedavati, a manufacturing company preparing for ISO 9001:2015 and I need an experienced consultant who can guide us through every stage of the certification, company-wide. The engagement must cover three core areas:
• preparing and customising all required documentation and records,
• running internal audits and a thorough gap analysis, and
• managing submission to—and follow-up with—the certification body until the certificate is in hand.
Because the scope includes our entire organisation, you’ll be expected to map each of our processes, create or refine the Quality Management System, and train key staff so they can maintain it after certification.
Key deliverables
• ISO 9001:2015-compliant Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, and record templates
• Completed gap analysis with corrective-action plan and evidence of closure
• Internal audit schedule, checklists, reports, and management-review minutes
• All correspondence and submission packages prepared for the certifying body, plus support during stage-1 and stage-2 audits until successful award
