ICDR Portal Registration Assistance
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need end-to-end guidance to complete our company’s registration on the Department of Telecommunications’ ICDR portal so we can start uploading the IMEI numbers for the handsets we manufacture. Most of the corporate paperwork is already on hand, but the IMEI list itself still has to be compiled and may need to follow a specific template that I am not yet familiar with.
Here is what I expect from you:
• Walk me through every ICDR step—from portal account creation and company onboarding to final approval. We have received an email from the portal stating some errors filing our application.
• Review the documents I already have, point out any gaps and tell me exactly what else must be produced.
• Create or confirm the correct spreadsheet/CSV format for the IMEI list and help populate it with the numbers I will supply.
• Upload the documentation and IMEI file on the portal, troubleshoot any validation errors, and stay with the process until the DoT shows the application as “approved”.
You should already know your way around the ICDR interface, DoT compliance requirements, and common IMEI-validation pitfalls. Familiarity with Excel or similar data tools is essential, and prior experience registering manufacturers on this portal will be a distinct advantage.
Once the DoT formally accepts our submission and the portal allows us to log IMEIs independently, the job is done.
