I have a fresh HubSpot account and I want it turned into a reliable, easy-to-use Customer Relationship Management hub. The priority is to keep every contact organized, follow deals through a clear sales pipeline, and have reporting dashboards that actually tell me where opportunities sit and what results we’re getting.
Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• Configure contact properties, lists, and views so my team can instantly see who’s who and where each lead came from.
• Build a sales pipeline with custom deal stages that match our current process, including simple automation for task reminders and follow-ups.
• Set up reporting—both standard and custom—so I can pull pipeline health, team activity, and revenue forecasts at a glance.
• Provide a brief hand-off session (or short loom video) showing how everything works and how to tweak things later.
At this stage I’m not asking for external tool integrations, but please keep the structure flexible enough to connect Gmail, Shopify, or LinkedIn later if we decide to.
