Hostel Booking System Optimization

Hello,

I am the owner of a small but high-quality hostel in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
I am looking for a professional and experienced hospitality IT specialist to organize and fully optimize our online booking system.

This is NOT a basic IT job. I need someone who truly understands:
• Hotel / Hostel PMS systems
• Channel Managers
• OTA integrations (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.)

Scope of Work:
• Set up and/or optimize PMS
• Configure Channel Manager
• Correct mapping of rooms and dormitory beds
• Synchronization with Booking.com and Airbnb
• Rate plans (Standard, Non-refundable, etc.)
• Prevent overbookings and availability errors
• Testing & validation of all channels
• Provide clear instructions for future use (documentation + short training)

Requirements:
• Proven experience with hotel/hostel systems
• Understanding of dormitory/bed-based inventory (hostel logic)
• Experience with Booking.com & Airbnb integrations
• Professional communication
• Ability to work independently and reliably

Language:
English, Russian or german

Project Type:
One-time setup project (several hours, possibly extended for future support)
