Historic Report Counter-Review

I have a preservationist’s report on a late-19th-century building and I disagree with several of its conclusions about the structure’s historical accuracy. I need a fresh, well-documented counter opinion focused specifically on the architectural details—more precisely, the design style that the author attributes to the building.

You will receive the full report, my notes, and a folder of period photographs and municipal archive extracts. Your task is to verify (or challenge) the design-style claims by cross-checking credible primary or peer-reviewed secondary sources, then prepare a concise written rebuttal that I can forward to the local heritage board.

Deliverables
