High-Volume Digital Asset QA

Job ID: 40362820

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

We operate a continuous stream of thousands of user-generated files for an Enterprise client, and each item must clear a strict quality gate before it is released. The submissions arrive as photos, screenshots and .eml files. Your role is to inspect every asset against the client-supplied guidelines, approve or reject it, and document the decision clearly.

Most files come in a mix of languages. The visual, structural and privacy rules remain constant, so you should be comfortable switching contexts, spotting issues even when the text is unfamiliar, and flagging anything that feels uncertain.

For photos and screenshots you will verify resolution, legibility, metadata accuracy and that no sensitive personal data slips through. In the .eml files you will also confirm full header integrity, date consistency, correct handling of embedded images, and proper redaction.

Deliverables
• Daily batch of 500–1,000 assets fully reviewed, each tagged Approved or Needs-Fix with a concise note.
• End-of-day summary highlighting recurring errors or guideline gaps.

Acceptance criteria
• At least 98 % alignment with internal spot checks.
• Turnaround within 24 hours of asset drop.
• All reviewer notes written in clear English.

When you reply, focus on the experience you have in large-scale content or email QA, especially if it involved multilingual material. Successful testers will move on to steady, long-term work once the initial batch meets the benchmark.
