Most weeks run 20-25 hours, Monday through Friday. You will:
• Work through a task checklist, marking each item complete.
• Document every change in the template I provide and submit an end-of-shift accuracy report.
• Escalate anomalies right away via Slack for rapid resolution.
Acceptance criteria are simple yet strict: at least 99 % accuracy on random spot checks, all assigned items closed by the agreed daily cut-off, and clear, professional communication throughout.
