HDPE QA/QC Documentation Package
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a full, ready-to-use QA/QC documentation set focused on HDPE pipes that will be installed both above and underground. The scope covers the entire supply and execution cycle, so every procedure that touches material control, installation, testing and hand-over must be captured in writing and cross-referenced to relevant standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, BS EN or equivalent).
The two core items I expect are:
1. A Detailed Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) that maps each activity step-by-step—material receipt, handling, jointing, pressure testing, hydrostatic testing, backfilling, final inspection—showing hold, witness and record points plus acceptance criteria and required forms.
2. A clear, task-oriented Method Statement describing manpower, equipment, environmental controls, safety precautions, inspection checkpoints and record-keeping for above-ground and underground runs alike.
Please structure the documents so they can be plugged straight into a contractor’s existing quality manual, with editable tables, traceable document numbers and revision blocks. All terminology must be precise and unambiguous; anything lifted from codes should include the exact clause reference.
Delivery format: fully editable MS Word (or compatible) files plus any supplementary checklists or test record templates you recommend.
