Google Workspace Email Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m ready to move my small team onto Google Workspace and need someone who can get everything running smoothly in one go. The priority is to create between one and five brand-new email accounts, link them to our domain, and make sure each mailbox is fully functional in Gmail, on mobile, and in standard desktop clients.
Alongside the email work, I also want the initial user management configured—simple tasks such as assigning basic roles, adding recovery details, and walking me through how to add or suspend users later. No migration is required; we’re starting fresh.
Please plan to:
• Connect the domain and verify DNS/MX records
• Create the new user accounts with the correct aliases and signatures
• Confirm send/receive works flawlessly (including SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Give me a quick hand-over guide or short call so I can manage users myself going forward
If you’ve set up Google Workspace for small teams before and can handle everything quickly without fuss, I’d like to get started right away.

- SPF (single valid record)
- DKIM (generate & publish)
- DMARC (correct policy)
2. Ensure hello@ ourdomain .com.au reliably sends & receives with Gmail & Outlook.
3. Configure Google Groups shared inbox so hello@ is accessible by two users (send as / receive).
4. Confirm setup with tests to external email providers (Gmail, Outlook).
5. Provide documentation & verification steps.
