Google Apps Script Email Template Fix
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Short summary (one line):
I have a Google Apps Script / Google Form flow that collects data from my website and sends formatted messages/emails, but the UI/formatting renders differently across Gmail, Outlook and other clients — I need a developer to fix the templates and make the output consistent across major email clients and devices.
Background / current setup
A Google Form (backed by a Google Apps Script) is connected to my website and successfully fetches/submits all data.
The Apps Script formats and sends the response (HTML) to recipients (Gmail, Outlook, ...). The data itself is correct, but the visual layout and styling looks different or broken in some mail clients (Gmail vs Outlook, mobile vs desktop).
I need the templates/CSS/Apps Script updated so the emails (and any other UI output from the script) render consistently and professionally across major mail clients and devices.
Goals / deliverables
Fix HTML/CSS templates used by the Apps Script so the visual layout is consistent across: Gmail (web & mobile), Outlook (desktop & web), Apple Mail, and major mobile clients.
Update Google Apps Script to use the corrected templates and ensure it still pulls the form/website data correctly.
Cross-client testing report showing screenshots and notes for at least: Gmail (web), Gmail (mobile), Outlook (web / desktop), Apple Mail (iOS / macOS).
Documentation: short README that explains what was changed, how to update templates in future, and how to redeploy the script.
(Optional) Provide a small script or checklist to auto-send test emails to a list of test addresses.
What I expect from you
Experience with Google Apps Script, Google Forms, and deploying scripts bound to Sheets/Forms.
Strong skills in email HTML/CSS (table-based layouts, inlined CSS, Outlook fallbacks).
Experience testing and troubleshooting display differences between Gmail / Outlook / Apple Mail.
Clean, commented code and short documentation.
Provide before/after screenshots or a short recording showing fixes.
