Full Custom Linux Distro Build

I am seeking a highly-experienced Linux distribution developer to create a fully customized version of Linux based on Elementary OS (Ubuntu). The project must include:

Requirements:

Complete OS Rebranding

Rename all system identifiers to jacxxx (across screens, settings, GRUB, Plymouth, Pantheon desktop, os-release, etc). The identity must be consistent throughout.

Custom Application Store – GEXX

Rebrand AppCenter to GEXX, connected to a custom repository for future app distribution and updates. It must function as the default store.

Windows Application Support

Integrate Wine/Proton (or equivalent) to enable running Windows software. Add a clear entry ("Run Windows Apps") in menus.

Performance & Stability

Deliver a stable, bootable, and installable ISO (Live + Install). Must be tested on both VirtualBox and real hardware.

Deliverables

A complete ISO file ready for deployment.

Brief documentation summarizing the modifications and maintenance steps.

Additional Details:

The project must result in a finalized product where jacxxx (OS) and GEXX (store) are the only visible names. Future renaming will be handled by me.

Preference for a single point of contact — you manage any subcontractors, but deliver a complete and unified package.
