Freelancer Needed to Prepare EU-Compliant Shipping Documents & Optional Delivery Coordination
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This shipment must clear EU customs smoothly, so all paperwork has to follow the Union’s standard format guidelines, carry the right labels, and spell out each item in detail.
The immediate scope is straightforward:
• Commercial Invoice prepared in the recognized EU template.
• Packing List that mirrors the invoice, includes weight, dimensions and any required labelling notes.
• Customs Declaration with complete tariff codes and concise but detailed item descriptions.
Once the parcel is on its way, I also need help watching the journey—recording the tracking number, monitoring status changes, and emailing me when delivery is officially signed for. Arranging the courier yourself is not mandatory, yet please design the document set so it can be handed to any major carrier without adjustments.
Deliverables are electronic copies (PDF plus an editable source file) ready for submission, plus a short hand-off note outlining any next steps you recommend. Accuracy, speed, and familiarity with EU import rules will decide success.
