Form Manager

My team needs to fill out documents with potential customers. Currently there is around 16 pages consisting of 9 different forums. All the forms share redundant data points, I.E., the customers name. while some documents have completely unique data points like their citizenship status.
I need a simply solution with if-then logic possibly built in, where my team doesn’t have to keep typing the same data in over and over again, and if a form isn’t needed for a certain customer, it is skipped entirely.
