Field Research & Process Improvement Associate
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m expanding my process-analysis team and need a Field Research Associate who enjoys stepping onto a shop-floor, talking with staff, and turning observations into clear, data-backed insights. The assignment is rooted in “Process analysis” itself rather than a single sector; you’ll be comparing how different commercial environments run and spotting practical ways they can cut waste, speed up workflow and boost overall performance.
Day-to-day you’ll shadow operations, document each step, interview stakeholders, and summarise what you find. Once the evidence is in, you’ll help me translate it into recommendations and concise slide decks senior managers can act on. You should be naturally detail-oriented, speak and write English confidently, and feel at home with common digital tools for note-taking, scheduling, data capture and presentation.
