I need a seasoned HR professional intimately familiar with the Indian textile manufacturing industry, particularly in the areas of Production and Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust documentation for work flow, job descriptions, SOPs, and reporting systems.
- Design intricate functionalities for production and quality control systems. Key areas include:
* Inventory Management
* Production Planning
* Quality Assurance
* Defect Tracking
* ERP Reporting
The ideal candidate will have experience with integrating new systems with existing software. Our current setup is a local reporting software, but we're transitioning to a newer ERP system.
You must have a proven track record in creating efficient, user-friendly systems that streamline processes and increase productivity in the textile industry. Your expertise and innovative ideas will be pivotal in the development of comprehensive systems at my workplace.
