I need a sharp, detail-oriented technical writer who can turn complex information into straightforward, reader-friendly documentation. The immediate priority is to produce clear, accurate content—whether that’s user manuals, SOPs, API guides, or internal knowledge-base articles—and refine it through responsive revisions until it meets publication-ready standards.
What matters most to me is accuracy, consistency of tone, and a structure that lets non-experts navigate the material without confusion. Strong command of grammar is essential, but so is the ability to ask the right questions up front, propose logical outlines, and keep communication flowing so drafts move quickly from first pass to final approval.
You’ll be working in familiar tool chains—Word, Google Docs, Markdown, or a modern documentation platform if you prefer—and I expect source files to be neatly organized, versioned, and delivered on schedule. Once the initial piece is complete, I’ll review, leave annotated feedback, and you’ll refine until we’re both satisfied.
