Exchange Server Setup, Recall, Spam

I need a fresh Microsoft Exchange Server deployed on our Windows Server VM, then fully configured so staff can recall sent emails and enjoy reliable spam filtering from day one. Both the installation and the post-install tuning are part of the job.

Key points to cover as you work:
• Integrate the new server with our existing Active Directory and DNS.
• Enable email recall that functions consistently in Outlook, OWA, and mobile clients.
• Turn on and fine-tune spam filtering—connection, content, and quarantine—with clear reporting so we can track catch rates.
• Build out role-based access control: admins, help-desk, managers, and standard users each get only the rights they need.

Deliverables (all required for sign-off)
• Clean installation of the latest stable Exchange build.
• Tested recall feature with documented recall window and user instructions.
• Spam filter policies in place, sample test results, and a quarantine mailbox.
• RBAC roles created and verified with test accounts.
• Step-by-step documentation plus a brief hand-over call or recorded walkthrough.

If you prefer PowerShell scripts over the GUI for repeatability, feel free—just include the scripts in the final package. Once everything passes recall, spam, and RBAC tests, we are done.
