Electric Product Pre-Shipment QC in Chengdu

I have a consignment of electric Product - Mosquito Diffuser that will be ready to leave the factory in Chengdu, Sichuan, and I need an experienced quality inspector on-site before it ships out. The task is strictly a pre-shipment check focused on two areas: visual inspection of workmanship and packaging, and functionality testing of the finished units.
You will visit the factory on the agreed date, work alongside the production team without disrupting their flow, and provide an independent report that lets me decide whether to release the balance payment to the supplier.
Scope of work
• Visual inspection – confirm cosmetic finish, labeling, accessories, and carton integrity meet the approved golden sample.
• Functionality testing – power-on tests and basic performance checks using standard handheld tools (multimeter, load tester, or any specialist jig supplied by the factory). Document any failures with photos and serial numbers.
Deliverables
1. Same-day inspection report in English (PDF or Word) with high-resolution photos.
2. Pass / fail summary sheet that I can forward to the freight forwarder.
3. Immediate phone or WeChat call if any critical defect appears so we can decide corrective action while you are still on-site.
Acceptance criteria
• At least 150-200 units sampled following ISO 2859-1 (or factory’s agreed plan).
• Clear, well-lit photos attached to each defect description.
• Report delivered within 12 hours of inspection completion.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential for liaising with plant staff; English must be strong enough for the written report. Familiarity with consumer electronics QC standards and basic test instruments will make the job run smoothly.
