Key responsibilities:
- Design a robust Document Management process within ETQ, focusing on training materials.
- Implement functionalities such as version control, access permissions, and automated alerts and notifications.
- Develop a training concept encompassing modules and tests, with 1:x linked training modules based on work instructions.
- Create a tracking system for the training modules.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Extensive experience with ETQ, specifically in quality management and document management processes.
- Strong understanding of training material development and tracking systems.
- Excellent skills in process design and implementation within the ETQ platform.
- Experience in creating and managing training concepts.
