ERPNext Functional Consultant for Process Documentation Specialist
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a clear, end-user-friendly documentation set that maps every step of our ERPNext deployment. The focus spans four functional areas—Inventory Management, Human Resources, Sales & Purchase, plus a handful of custom extensions we have built on top of the core system.
Beyond ordinary help pages, the goal is to capture how each process truly works today (“As-Is”), identify the gaps, and present the streamlined “To-Be” model. This will require translating raw interviews and system walk-throughs into:
Swimlane Digarms and Flowcharts.
• User manuals written in plain language for daily operators
• Technical guides that developers and admins can rely on for configuration or future customisations
• BPMN 2.0 workflows illustrating every process, exception and decision point
• BRD and FRD packs that trace business needs through to functional requirements
• GAP Analysis showing current pain points and the recommended fixes or improvements
Acceptance criteria
• All diagrams delivered in editable BPMN format (Visio, Draw.io or Camunda Modeler)
• Manuals provided in both PDF and source (Word/Markdown) with screenshots taken from our live ERPNext instance
• Terminology matches ERPNext UI labels exactly; no generic ERP wording
• Every page tested with at least one non-technical staff member for clarity—no jargon left unexplained
Access to our sandbox, process owners and existing SOPs will be provided immediately after kickoff, and I’ll be the single point of contact for iterative reviews until the full documentation suite is signed off.
