Documentation - Machine Learning/Matlab -- 2

Hello,
I need a documentation from someone who knows AI and better also Matlab, so one can understand directly what in the report and what need to be done.
I made it easier with colors and figures, one need just to make summary and explain more directly in the same file, changing format or changing Style, searching in internet or in literature is not needed.
Scientific documentation of quality I need, maximal 20 pages will be very good
Very important is that every part/chapter relates to others and that the reader can easily follow what's about is the documentation this work
In green color is my text, the rest is copied directly from literature with source in red (in red need to be kept as it is)
Simulation in MATLAB has also very important role, to be more focused and more explained the rest what from literature is to be summered.
Font, size, line spacing is not relevant, it should be as 'normal'
