Documentation

As part of a project I am working on, I am in need of documentation that is clear and concise. Specifically, I am looking for process and use case documentation that follows an idea I have in mind. The documentation needs to be presented in a Word document so that I can easily access it and utilize it. I would prefer someone with experience in document creation and format, as well as an understanding of the topic of the documentation.
