Customer Success Manager for marketing Agency
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to own the full post-sale journey for our small-business customers. Your main focus will be twofold: guiding every new client through a smooth onboarding process and then nurturing the long-term relationship so renewals feel like a no-brainer.
During onboarding you’ll help new accounts reach first value quickly, coordinating any training, documentation, or quick wins they need. Once they’re up and running, you’ll act as their ongoing advocate—tracking usage trends, answering day-to-day questions, and stepping in early when you spot churn risks or expansion opportunities. We already use Intercom, HubSpot, and Loom, but you’re free to suggest better tools or automations if they improve the experience.
Deliverables
• Documented onboarding playbook tailored to small-business clients
• Weekly customer-health dashboard with red/green status and next actions
• Bi-weekly account call notes logged in HubSpot
Success is measured by reduced time-to-first-value, a 95 %+ renewal rate, and the steady stream of positive testimonials that follow. If you’ve driven similar results for other SMB-focused products, I’d love to hear how you did it and how you’d replicate that success here.
