I need to capture a unique way of working that so far lives only in my head. The assignment sits outside the usual categories of web, app, or graphic development—it is simply “other work.” The end product I’m after is also “other”: not a standard report, slide deck, or written document, but whatever medium most effectively explains the process, whether that ends up being a short screencast, an interactive diagram, or something similar that we agree on together.
Because the goal itself is likewise outside the typical buckets of efficiency, sales, or service metrics, we’ll start with a brief call where I walk you through the workflow step-by-step. From there you’ll structure, visualize, and package the material so anyone on my team can follow it without further coaching.
Deliverables
• A clear, sequential breakdown of the workflow in a mutually chosen format (video, interactive guide, or hybrid).
• Any visual aids, diagrams, or screen captures needed to reinforce each step.
• A short hand-over note summarising key points and next steps.
