Construction Site Safety Supervisor Required -- 3

Full-cycle safety supervision is needed for an active construction site. The scope centres on three core tasks:

• Continuous on-site Safety Supervision — monitoring activities, carrying out toolbox talks, enforcing PPE use and stopping unsafe work in real time.
• Work Permit Safety — vetting and issuing hot-work, confined-space and working-at-height permits, then tracking close-out to ensure full compliance.
• Formal HSE Reporting — compiling daily inspection logs and a concise weekly report that highlights risks, incidents, corrective actions and overall site statistics (Excel + PDF).

All documentation must align with ISO 45001, OSHA and local regulations, using clear, photo-supported evidence where practical. I will provide existing method statements and risk registers; you will update them as site conditions evolve, flagging any gaps immediately. Consistent English terminology, solid knowledge of construction hazards and the ability to turn field observations into actionable recommendations are essential.

Deliverables are accepted once each report is submitted on schedule, all permits are tracked, and the site audit shows zero unaddressed non-conformities.
