Configure Follow Up Boss & RealScout

I’m ready to roll out Follow Up Boss alongside RealScout and need an experienced hand to get the very first pieces in place. The priority is simple but important: create and configure 1–5 user accounts in both systems so my small team can log in, see the right information, and start working without hiccups.
Here’s what I expect at the end:
• All user profiles built in Follow Up Boss and RealScout, assigned the correct roles/permissions, and confirmed as active
• Basic settings—time zone, email signatures, phone numbers—filled out so each agent’s communications look polished from day one
• Clear, concise documentation (or a quick Loom walk-through) showing where you changed settings and how a new user can be added later
If you spot any quick-win improvements while you’re inside the dashboards—naming conventions, tags, or settings that prevent duplicate contacts—please flag them; I’m happy to incorporate best practices now to save headaches later.
I already have admin credentials ready to go and can jump on a brief call or share screens to speed things up. Most accounts I’ve seen take under an hour each when handled by someone who knows the platforms well, so I’m hoping for a swift turnaround.
