Brazil-Based Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant located anywhere in Brazil who can keep a company-provided laptop running 24/7 so our engineering teams can log in securely at any time. Day-to-day, you’ll also help me put together straightforward documentation and onboarding packets when clients bring new developers onto their projects.
Because many of our partners speak English while local communication is often in Portuguese, you must feel comfortable switching between both languages in chat, email, or the rare phone call. Spanish is a bonus but not required.
Typical tasks
• Ensure the laptop stays powered, connected, and available; reboot or troubleshoot basic network issues if they arise.
• Collect template materials I provide and merge them into clean PDFs or Google Docs for client onboarding.
• Occasionally relay a brief phone message or schedule a meeting when I’m traveling or unavailable.
Success for me is simple: the laptop is always online, requested documents go out on time and error-free, and communications are handled politely and promptly.
