Booking Calendar & Cost Analysis

I’m ready to launch a dedicated booking page that lets clients choose from a range of medical‐related services—single visits, bundled packages, follow-ups, and workshops—and pay for them on the spot. For the calendar engine I’m considering Calendly or YouCanBook.me, but I want a clear, side-by-side comparison before committing. The key factors are: ease of embedding in the future website, support for multiple service types / add-ons, and total cost once merchant fees are added.

Here’s how I see the work unfolding:

• Build a proof-of-concept booking page in both Calendly and YCBM (or any alternative you feel outperforms them) with sample services, tiered pricing, coupons or bundles, and integrated payments.
• Document the setup steps, subscription costs, and payment-gateway fees (Stripe, Square, PayPal, etc.) so I can see my real per-booking expense.
• Recommend the most cost-effective combination of booking tool + merchant service, pointing out any trade-offs that might matter in a medical context (HIPAA, data retention, custom T&Cs).
• Deliver the chosen calendar in an embeddable format so that I can drop it into the upcoming website build—platform still open, so please flag any WordPress or Wix constraints.
