Azure Desktop User Onboarding Specialist

Our medical practice is rolling out Azure Desktop and I’m looking for someone to handle the very first step: creating and configuring more than 50 user accounts in a brand-new tenant.

Here is what I need delivered:
• A clean Azure Desktop environment with all user profiles provisioned, mapped to the right security groups, and licensing plans.
• Consistent naming conventions, MFA enforced, and any baseline policies required for a healthcare setting applied.
• A short hand-off document so our in-house IT staff can add or deactivate users later without breaking anything.

You will receive the tenant details, the full user list (CSV). All work must be completed inside the Azure Portal / Azure AD (Entra ID) following Microsoft best practices. If you have automated scripts in PowerShell or Azure CLI, feel free to use them as long as the results are documented.
